By implementing management software such as ERP, PLM, OA, and MES, the company has achieved information‑based, standardized, and scientifically driven enterprise management.
The company has established in-depth industry–university–research collaborations with renowned research institutes and universities, including the Wuhan Branch of the China Academy of Electrical Sciences, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, North China Electric Power University, Wuhan University of Technology, and Shandong Agricultural University. Through these partnerships, it develops cutting-edge, technologically advanced products. The company has participated in the drafting of one national standard, five industry standards, and one group standard; it has also formulated and released 11 enterprise standards. Additionally, it has undertaken more than 90 science and technology innovation projects at or above the provincial level and obtained 119 authorized patents, including 34 invention patents.
The company specializes in manufacturing three major product lines: 10 kV to 1000 kV instrument transformers, surge arresters, and complete test equipment sets. Its instrument transformer products have passed type tests conducted by internationally renowned testing organizations such as KEMA and CESI, making the company one of the primary suppliers to State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid. For instrument transformers rated 35 kV and above, the company ranks among the top two in domestic market share. These products have been safely deployed in key projects including Beijing Daxing International Airport, the Tibet–Central China Grid Interconnection Project, the Zhalute High-Voltage Transmission Line, the Daqing Oilfield, the Shengli Oilfield, the Lanzhou–Xinjiang Railway, Beijing East Station, Tianjin South Station, Guangzhou Mianmian, and the Baihetan–Zhejiang Ultra-High-Voltage Transmission Line. The company’s products are exported to countries such as Singapore, South Korea, Russia, the United States, Brazil, Australia, India, and Angola.
The company operates state-of-the-art, domestically leading production and testing lines. From incoming material inspection to product delivery, every stage is supported by comprehensive testing procedures, and its process equipment meets internationally advanced standards. The company boasts over 20 imported specialized winding machines, more than 20 fully automated braiding and winding machines, and 100% automated control for critical processes. It also features 13 vacuum drying systems, 3 vacuum impregnation systems, and 3 complete insulating oil treatment units. Furthermore, the company has constructed three fully shielded high-voltage test halls, with an overall system background noise level of ≤0.8 pC—currently the highest in the industry. The company is equipped with cutting-edge testing instruments, including a 3,000 kV fiber-optic integrated impulse voltage generator, a 1,100 kV test transformer, high‑current temperature‑rise testing equipment, AC/DC partial discharge testing systems, extreme‑temperature performance test systems, and a wide‑band dielectric spectroscopy system spanning 0.1 mHz to 100 kHz. In addition, it maintains a high‑standard physicochemical laboratory capable of evaluating the performance of key insulating materials, such as gases, liquids, and solids. Its products are designed to meet demanding operating conditions involving extreme temperatures, humidity, altitude, seismic activity, and other challenging environments. The company’s annual production capacity exceeds 30,000 units of high‑voltage transformers and surge arresters rated at 1,000 kV and below.
The company has established a digital control center, with the MES system at its core, integrating higher-level systems such as PLM, ERP, and OA. Through a DCS data acquisition system, it collects real-time data from all stages of the production process, consolidating comprehensive information on logistics, process quality, equipment parameters, and production takt time across the entire digital factory. This enables agile, efficient management and real-time control of planning and scheduling, production logistics, process execution, in-process quality, and equipment maintenance. Leveraging industrial big data analytics, the company achieves continuous improvement throughout the entire end-to-end workflow—planning, supply chain coordination, and execution. The company’s digital control center has achieved seamless integration with the State Grid’s smart IoT platform, enabling automated data collection for incoming inspections of raw materials and components, in‑process monitoring, and routine outgoing tests. In 2022, the facility was recognized as an Intelligent Factory by Shandong Province.
All employees warmly welcome close cooperation with friends at home and abroad, scientific development, mutual benefit, and the joint creation of a brilliant future.
