Shandong Taikai Testing Co., Ltd., located at the foot of Mount Tai, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Taikai Group. With a registered capital of RMB 50 million, it is a national-level high-tech enterprise integrating technological research and development, technical services, and testing and inspection.

Adhering to the philosophy of “Innovating to Serve the Power Sector, Leveraging Technology to Free Up Human Resources,” the company is dedicated to providing testing and inspection services. It offers tailored technical planning and comprehensive service solutions for handover and preventive testing of power equipment, verification of electrical energy metering devices, live‑line testing of power equipment, inspection of safety tools and apparatus, calibration of instruments and meters, and physicochemical analysis of oil samples.

The company operates independent laboratories for power‑equipment testing, safety‑tool and apparatus testing, metrological calibration, and physicochemical analysis, as well as a 1,000 kV ultra‑high‑voltage fully shielded test hall. It adheres rigorously to the ISO/IEC 17025 international accreditation framework for laboratory management and has obtained both the National Accreditation for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) and laboratory accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The company is also authorized as a statutory metrological verification body and holds a Class II license for the installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities, a work‑safety production license, and a construction‑industry enterprise qualification that does not differentiate between labor‑service grades.

The company currently employs over 200 staff members, more than 80% of whom hold a bachelor’s degree or higher. Among them are over 30 high‑caliber professionals, including Taian City’s Wangyue Talents, senior engineers, nationally registered metrologists, registered construction engineers, and members of the National Metrology and Testing Society as well as the Shandong Provincial Metrology and Testing Society.

The company maintains close collaborative relationships with testing and certification bodies, including the National Institute of Metrology, the China Electric Power Research Institute, the Xi’an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, and metrology institutes across provinces and municipalities. Its testing services cover most regions nationwide, such as Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Hainan, Tibet, and Xinjiang, as well as key national demonstration projects like the West-to-East Power Transmission, the Central Tibet Grid Connection, and the Ali Grid Connection.
