The company’s primary procurement items include core raw materials and components such as casings, housings, silicon steel sheets, copper conductors, cable paper, insulating oil, SF₆ gas, and sealing rings. It employs a digital quality‑control system that integrates material scanning upon receipt, automated data collection, automatic shortage alerts, and supplier‑data visualization. The company operates a dedicated physicochemical laboratory equipped with state‑of‑the‑art testing instruments, including CDI computer‑controlled dielectric strength testers, tensile testing machines, handheld material analyzers, high‑and‑low temperature cyclic humidity chambers, fully automatic voltage withstand testers, and trace‑moisture analyzers. Furthermore, the company has established stringent incoming‑material inspection standards and procedures to ensure rigorous control over raw‑material quality from the very source.

In supplier development and management, the company has established a well‑established supplier qualification process, which includes: supplier needs planning → preliminary screening → review of qualification documents → initial technical briefing → on‑site inspection and evaluation → trial supply verification → inclusion in the qualified supplier roster. Through joint reviews involving the engineering, quality, procurement, and production departments, only suppliers that meet the company’s requirements in areas such as quality assurance systems, product quality, design and process capabilities, production capacity, cost competitiveness, delivery lead times, and after‑sales service are approved as qualified suppliers.

In terms of supplier performance management, we have established stringent quality assurance agreements with qualified suppliers and developed quantitative evaluation criteria. Each month, suppliers are assessed across four key areas: first‑pass inspection pass rate, physical product quality, delivery timeliness, and procurement performance. Based on these evaluations, suppliers are categorized as Excellent, Good, Requires Improvement, or Non‑Compliant. Suppliers receiving a “Non‑Compliant” rating are immediately disqualified.
