Nonconforming Product Quality Control

To ensure that nonconforming products and components remain under controlled conditions, each process strictly adheres to the requirements of the Nonconforming Product Control Procedure, promptly identifying, isolating, and addressing any nonconforming items. Furthermore, in accordance with the “Four No‑Forgiveness” principle, no issue is closed until its root cause has been fully determined, responsible personnel have been appropriately addressed, corrective measures have been implemented, and relevant personnel have received adequate training.

While maintaining rigorous quality control, the company has established a quality‑based reward and penalty system and strengthened inter‑process oversight of nonconforming products. When a downstream process identifies a nonconforming item originating from an upstream process, it promptly reports and addresses the issue; personnel who detect such defects receive incentives, and those responsible are subject to performance evaluation, thereby fostering a robust mechanism that engages all employees in quality management and ensures comprehensive, end‑to‑end process control.

To prevent the recurrence of existing or potential nonconformities and defects, the company has established the “Product Quality Control Procedure,” which outlines a clear sequence for addressing quality issues: problem identification and correction → root cause analysis → development of corrective actions → verification and closure of measures → proactive investigation and preventive measures to address similar issues. This ensures that all products and processes affected by quality problems are thoroughly reviewed and brought into a closed-loop remediation process, thereby preventing the reoccurrence of similar issues.
