Employment Relations and Benefits:

Compensation: The company conducts annual job evaluations and appointments, while also adjusting compensation based on market salary levels and individual performance reviews. Salary levels exceed the local industry average. For doctoral candidates, the annual salary is RMB 300,000 or more, and a fully furnished three-bedroom, two-living-room apartment is provided.

Year-end bonus: Year-end bonuses distributed to all employees.

Five social insurances and one housing fund: Upon hiring, we will enroll you in the pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance, and make contributions to the housing provident fund.

Government subsidies: Eligible individuals are entitled to talent subsidies from the Tai’an Municipal Government, with monthly payments ranging from RMB 700 to RMB 5,000—depending on educational level (bachelor’s to doctoral)—for a period of three consecutive years. They also qualify for Tai’an’s housing subsidy program for young talents, which applies to those newly recruited and taking up their first employment or starting a business at a local enterprise in Tai’an, provided they are under the age of 40.

Full-time doctoral students, full-time master’s students under the age of 35, and full-time undergraduate students will each receive housing subsidies of up to RMB 150,000, RMB 80,000, and RMB 50,000, respectively.

Working hours: Work five days a week, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Other benefits: Free dormitory accommodation for 2–4 people (or a housing allowance); paid annual leave and regular health check-ups; complimentary meals at work and group‑provided holiday benefits; employees from outside the province are eligible for family‑visit leave, with round‑trip travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

Labor relations: Upon joining, a labor contract will be signed, including a probationary period of 6 to 12 months. Employees will receive salary and benefits commensurate with their educational qualifications, and we will handle the household registration procedures.
