Performance Features:

The GCVT‑1000 employs the voltage‑division principle, featuring a simple structure, uniform electric field distribution, ample insulation margin, and strong capability to withstand transient overvoltages, thereby eliminating the risk of series ferroresonance with system capacitance. Its all‑gas insulated design, leveraging the excellent self‑healing insulation properties of SF₆, can endure various types of overvoltages and steep VFTO wavefronts; when combined with a damping circuit, it effectively suppresses ferroresonance. The equipment adopts a fully enclosed metal enclosure, offering robust resistance to external interference and remaining unaffected by pollution, temperature, humidity, or altitude. With long‑term measurement accuracy that remains stable, it is well suited for both GIS and AIS substations.
