Product Features:
1. A newly designed 330 kV single-phase miniaturized GIS surge arrester, with an overall height of 1.67 m, is at an internationally advanced and domestically leading level.
2. It employs high‑gradient zinc oxide varistors, with a single‑column, multi‑section cage‑type core structure that offers high mechanical strength and excellent reliability for long‑distance transportation.
3. All-metal sealed tank structure, with internal insulation using SF₆ gas, no exposed porcelain bushings, resistant to pollution flashover and condensation, and suitable for complex insulation environments.
4. Featuring an integrated design, the unit boasts a compact structure and small footprint, enabling seamless integration with GIS equipment and minimizing installation space requirements.
5. Equipped with a built-in precision equalizing shield structure, it ensures uniform electric field distribution, minimal partial discharge, high operational stability, and reduced risk of failure.
6. Excellent sealing performance, with an extremely low annual leakage rate of SF₆ gas (typically <0.1%), eliminating the need for routine gas replenishment and minimizing maintenance workload.
7. It exhibits strong resistance to lightning overvoltages and switching overvoltages, boasts a large current-carrying capacity, is resistant to aging, and has a long service life, thereby meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.
8. The all‑metal enclosure is fully sealed, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments such as high altitudes, salt spray, dust, and humid heat, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
9. Under normal operating conditions, the leakage current is extremely low; it is passive and inductive‑free, with no reverse current and no risk of power‑frequency reverse‑current breakdown, ensuring high operational safety.
10. It can be equipped with an online monitoring interface, supporting real-time monitoring of SF₆ pressure and surge arrester leakage current, thereby enabling intelligent operation and maintenance.
11. The enclosure is made of corrosion- and rust-resistant materials, with a specially treated surface that provides excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion, making it suitable for long-term outdoor installation.
