To thoroughly implement the principles of lean management, comprehensively enhance quality and reliability, and improve production and operational efficiency—thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s high‑quality development—the Instrument Transformer and Managed‑Service Company successfully hosted a specialized training program on lean management and quality from December 19 to 20, 2025. In alignment with the Group’s initiatives to elevate quality and advance lean manufacturing, the company organized core personnel to participate in the training. Over the two days of intensive learning, participants engaged in in‑depth study and collaborative problem‑solving, ultimately completing the program with outstanding results.

This course combines theoretical depth with practical value, covering four core modules: the integration of lean and total quality management principles, the hands-on application of lean tools, reliability engineering and risk management, and problem solving and continuous improvement. It guides participants in adopting a systematic approach to enhancing quality, boosting efficiency, reducing costs, and shortening lead times.

This training not only provides a systematic introduction to lean management principles but also represents a deeper implementation of the “Year of Quality Enhancement.” Moving forward, the company will leverage this training as an opportunity to empower participants to become champions and practitioners of lean management, translating their learning into concrete improvement initiatives that are integrated across the entire value chain—product design, manufacturing, and supply-chain management. By continuously enhancing process capabilities, reducing operational costs, and improving product reliability, the company will inject strong momentum into its drive for high‑quality growth.

Lean empowerment drives quality improvement and efficiency gains; quality lays the foundation for steady progress and long-term success.
