The LB‑145 is an oil‑immersed, vertically mounted current transformer independently developed by our company. Given that such vertical current transformers feature a U‑shaped primary winding and a long conductor circuit, minimizing the impact of the return conductor on measurement accuracy and enhancing the device’s ability to withstand short‑circuit currents have been critical challenges throughout the product development process. Our R&D team leveraged Ansoft 3D simulation software to perform precise modeling and optimized calculations of stress distribution and magnetic field patterns. As a result, we have achieved significant industry‑leading advances in both the short‑circuit withstand capability and the reduction of return‑conductor‑induced accuracy deviations, with all key technical parameters exceeding IEC standard requirements.

Our company’s product of this model has successfully obtained the Gold Certificate, a world‑first achievement at the KEMA Laboratory in the Netherlands. This milestone underscores our longstanding commitment to superior product quality, enhances our international reputation, and strengthens the competitiveness of our products in both domestic and global markets.
