The Third Session of the Fourth Term of the Workers’ Congress of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. was successfully held on the morning of February 4, 2024. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Guangbin, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union. A total of 82 worker representatives were expected to attend, and all 82 were present; department heads and above attended as non-voting observers.

The Third Session of the Fourth Term of the Employees’ Congress of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. was successfully held on the morning of February 4, 2024. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Guangbin, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union. A total of 82 employee representatives were expected to attend, and all 82 were present; department heads and above attended as non-voting observers.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of TaiKai Group’s 2023 Summary Conference. Attendees pledged to remain united under the leadership of the Group Party Committee and the Board of Directors, guided by the principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to carry forward the fine tradition of collective endeavor, strengthen their confidence, forge ahead with determination, and make new and greater contributions to fully advancing the Group’s high-quality development.

At the meeting, the 2023 advanced collectives and individuals were recognized: the Marketing Department, Planning Department, Safety Production Department, Technology Department, Design Room No. 2, Workshop No. 1, Innovation Management Office, Property Management Office, Electrical and Power Equipment Marketing Department, Electrical and Power Equipment Manufacturing Department, the Testing and Inspection Division of the Testing Company, and the Logistics Department of the Testing Company were awarded the title of “Advanced Department.” The International Business Department and Sales Department No. 2 were honored as “Outstanding Sales Teams.” The Process Inspection Team of the Quality Assurance Department, the Processing Team of the Processing Division, the Warehousing and Material Issuance Team of the Property Management Office, the Winding Team of Workshop No. 1, Assembly Team No. 2 of Workshop No. 2, the Current‑Handling Team of the Electrical and Power Equipment Division, the Finishing Team of the Electrical and Power Equipment Division, and the Assembly and Testing Team of the Testing Company were all awarded the title of “Advanced Workgroup”; in addition, 15 colleagues were presented with the title of “Model Worker.” Company leaders presented the awards.

General Manager Li Lei delivered a work report titled “Sailing Forward with Steady Momentum, Seizing Every Moment to Live Up to Our Youth; Upholding Our Original Aspiration and Fulfilling Our Mission, Striding Ahead to Embark on a New Journey,” which comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the Instrument Transformer Division in 2023 and outlined plans for 2024. The attending employee representatives carefully deliberated and, by a show of hands, approved the General Manager’s report.

During the session in which employee representatives discussed the work report and proposals in small groups, the company received a total of 45 proposals, including suggestions for improving the living environment and optimizing contract‑based production scheduling. Following the meeting, the relevant departments will be tasked with compiling these proposals and implementing them to address employees’ legitimate and practical needs.

Comrade Han Changgeng, Chairman of the company, delivered a concluding address. Chairman Han began by commending the General Manager’s work report and urged all colleagues to ensure its effective implementation. He emphasized the need to strengthen technological innovation to maintain industry leadership; to deepen market development and proactively serve customers; to remain steadfast in pursuing our strategic goals and continuously build core competitiveness; and to reinforce exemplary leadership while fostering a pragmatic, results‑oriented work style. He also outlined the key priorities for 2024 and clearly set the direction forward.
