As the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger approaches, and with epidemic prevention and control measures remaining stringent, Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. has actively responded to the national call by innovating its working methods and adopting an online meeting format. On January 26, 2022, the company successfully convened the First Session of the Fourth Workers’ Congress. In accordance with epidemic‑prevention requirements, all 119 employee representatives, along with department heads and other relevant personnel, participated throughout the proceedings via DingTalk meetings, either from their respective sub‑venues or from their own workstations.
At the meeting, awards were presented to outstanding collectives and individuals for 2021: nine departments, including the Technology Department, the Power and Electrical Appliances Marketing Department, and the Manufacturing Department of the Testing Company, were honored with the title of “Advanced Department”; eight teams, such as the Assembly Team of Workshop No. 1, the Casting Team of the Power and Electrical Appliances Division, and the Testing Team of the Testing Company, received the title of “Advanced Team”; two sales teams—the Fifth Sales Department and the Ninth Sales Department—were recognized as “Outstanding Sales Teams”; 15 colleagues were awarded the title of “Model Worker,” 186 colleagues were named “Advanced Individuals,” and 8 colleagues were honored as “Outstanding Newcomers.”
General Manager Comrade Li Lei delivered a work report titled “Adopting Multiple Measures to Enhance Quality and Efficiency, Achieving Leapfrog Growth in Operations; Strategically Planning and Charting a Blueprint to Write Another Brilliant Chapter of Development,” which comprehensively summarized the company’s achievements in 2021 and outlined plans for 2022. The attending employee representatives carefully reviewed the report, cast their votes online, and approved it.
Comrade Han Zhengjun, Chairman of the Company, delivered important instructions. First, he commended the General Manager’s work report and urged all colleagues to ensure its effective implementation following the meeting. In 2021, the Instrument Transformer Company recorded substantial growth across key metrics, including new contracts, cash collections, and profits. The company was honored with the “Advanced Unit” award from the Group and ranked second overall in the Group’s comprehensive evaluation. Both the Instrument Transformer Company and its two entrusted subsidiaries—Power Electrical Equipment and Testing—were recognized as high‑tech enterprises; moreover, the Instrument Transformer Company was designated a provincial-level innovation platform, the “Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.” On behalf of the Party General Branch and the leadership team, Chairman Han extended his sincerest gratitude to all delegates and employees who have worked tirelessly and made significant contributions to the company’s development over the past year, and offered heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding teams and individuals who received awards and recognition.
