Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Development: Responsible for the electrical design, parameter calculations, drawing preparation, and technical solution development of products such as current and voltage transformers, ensuring product performance and reliability.

2. Technical Support and Improvement: Provide electrical technical support to the production, quality inspection, and after-sales service departments, and analyze and resolve electrical technical issues that arise during manufacturing, testing, and operation.

3. Testing and Validation: Participate in the development of the product test plan, assist in conducting type tests and routine tests, and analyze test data to provide a basis for product optimization.

4. Technical Documentation: Responsible for preparing product manuals, technical specifications, test reports, and other relevant technical documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate and complete.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Major: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, in Electrical Engineering, High-Voltage and Insulation Technology, Electric Machines and Appliances, or related fields.

2. Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with specialized knowledge in electromagnetic field theory, high-voltage technology, and related fields; proficient in at least one design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; knowledgeable about relevant national standards (GB) and international standards (IEC) for instrument transformers.

3. Experience and Skills: Candidates with at least two years of experience in the mutual‑inductor, transformer, or related power‑equipment industries will be given priority. Strong problem‑analysis and hands‑on skills are required, along with the ability to independently resolve technical issues.

4. Professionalism: Possesses a meticulous and conscientious work ethic, strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities, demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, and exhibits a proactive, innovative mindset.
