Job Responsibilities:

1. Structural Design and Simulation: Responsible for 3D modeling and engineering drawing of components such as the mechanical structure, housing, insulators, and mounting brackets of instrument transformers, as well as conducting necessary static, dynamic, and thermodynamic simulation analyses.

2. Process and Tooling Support: Collaborate with the process engineering department to resolve mechanical‑structural issues encountered during manufacturing and assembly, and design or optimize the necessary assembly jigs and fixtures to enhance production efficiency.

3. Technical Documentation: Responsible for preparing technical documents, including the product’s mechanical BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly work instructions, and component specifications.

4. Prototype Development and Validation: Participate in the fabrication and assembly of new product prototypes, monitor the testing process, verify the soundness of the structural design, and refine and improve the design based on feedback.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Major: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or related fields.

2. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in at least one 3D design software, such as SolidWorks, Pro/E, or UG; familiar with tolerances and fits, materials and heat treatment, and mechanical manufacturing processes; candidates with experience in simulation software like ANSYS or Abaqus will be given priority.

3. Experience and Competencies: Candidates with at least two years of experience in the structural design of high-voltage switchgear, instrument transformers, transformers, or similar power equipment are preferred; must be capable of independently completing component design and resolving on-site mechanical issues.

4. Professional Competence: Possesses rigorous engineering thinking, strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, works diligently, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a spirit of teamwork.
