On September 25, 2020, in order to enhance employees’ job-specific skills and foster a work environment characterized by dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence, Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. successfully organized the 2020 “Skills Boost Tai’an” Instrument Transformer Manufacturing Skills Competition, leveraging the platform of the Tai’an City Vocational Skills Competition for Skilled Personnel.

On September 25, 2020, in order to enhance employees’ job-specific skills and foster a positive work environment characterized by dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence, Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. successfully organized the 2020 “Skills Boost Tai’an” Instrument Transformer Manufacturing Skills Competition, leveraging the platform of the Tai’an City Skills Talent Vocational Skills Competition.

A total of 30 contestants participated in this competition, which was divided into two parts: a theoretical skills assessment and a practical skills demonstration. A panel of expert judges—comprising specialists from quality assurance, engineering, process development, production, and other departments—evaluated the participants. Through a fair, impartial, and transparent judging process, the winners were determined based on their overall scores.


Following intense competition and on-site judging, Huang Shiguang and nine other outstanding workers were awarded first-, second-, and third-place honors.
