2020-05-28
The power‑electrical equipment company acquired a fully automated, post‑curing production line. Following 25 days of intensive installation and commissioning, the line was officially put into operation on May 25. The successful commissioning of this equipment has enabled the company to achieve seamless integration in workstation turnover and process coordination, marking a significant leap forward in its level of automated manufacturing.
Since the project was approved, the company has worked to ensure timely commissioning of the equipment, overcoming the challenges posed by the pandemic. From scheme development and tendering to production and fabrication, dedicated personnel have been assigned to track progress and maintain regular communication, resulting in delivery of the equipment on May 1. During installation and commissioning, close collaboration with the construction team enabled the joint formulation of an installation and commissioning schedule, with daily meetings to monitor progress and address any issues. As a result, online production commenced on May 25, bringing the facility into operation 10 days ahead of schedule.

This production line employs the most advanced intelligent material‑feeding and delivery technology available in China, with automated control of the production takt time. The line comprises six operational stations—base‑plate assembly, nameplate etching, skirt‑adhesion, high‑voltage testing, low‑voltage testing, and final inspection and storage—and is equipped with 16 workstations. Once commissioned, it will significantly enhance throughput, reduce worker fatigue, and boost production efficiency by up to 30%.

The production line is also equipped with an online testing, fully shielded partial discharge test laboratory, which has enhanced the testing efficiency and detection sensitivity of finished-product partial discharge tests.
Technology is the primary productive force. The electrical appliance company will continue to pursue innovative development, guided by automation and intelligent technologies, steadily enhancing its level of automation and improving its delivery capabilities to provide customers with high-quality products.
