This team-building activity strengthened communication and collaboration among new employees, while also helping everyone deeply recognize that individual strength is limited, whereas the power of a team is unbreakable. The success of our team depends on the collective efforts of each and every one of us!

In July 2020, a group of young people, each carrying their own unique dreams, stepped out of the campus gates—and, united by a shared vision, joined the Taikai Instrument Transformer family.

The first lesson in the workplace is the new‑employee orientation, which the transformer company takes very seriously and meticulously organizes to help newcomers gain a basic understanding of the company and smoothly transition from students to professionals. On the morning of July 15, the Human Resources Department hosted a debate for the Class of 2020 university graduates, pitting the argument “judge heroes by their successes and failures” against “do not judge heroes by their successes and failures.” The debate was fiercely contested, with participants exchanging sharp points, and the training room echoed with rounds of enthusiastic applause.

To facilitate a quicker integration into the workplace, with the cooperation of various departments, university students were organized to visit the production workshops, where they received safety training and product presentations, gaining an understanding of the basic process—from component manufacturing to finished‑product inspection.

Early on the morning of July 24, under the guidance of the Human Resources Department, university students arrived at the outdoor team-building base to kick off a two-day corporate retreat.

This team-building activity strengthened communication and collaboration among new employees, while also helping everyone deeply recognize that individual strength is limited, whereas the power of a team is unbreakable. The success of the team depends on the collective efforts of each and every one of us!

Hello, new colleague! Moving forward, let’s work together, stand side by side, and build a bright future for the transformer industry. May you ride the waves of your career and shine with the vibrant spirit of youth.
