The Second Session of the Third Workers’ Congress of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. was successfully held on January 20, 2020. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Yuan Gang, Chairman of the Trade Union. A total of 53 worker representatives were expected to attend, and all 53 were present; department heads and above attended as non-voting observers.
At the meeting, the 2019 advanced collectives and individuals were recognized: Assembly Team One of Workshop One, Test Team Two of the Testing Workshop, the Machining Team of the Machining Division, the Process Inspection Team of the Quality Assurance Department, and the Electrical Appliance Casting Team were awarded the title of “Advanced Work Team”; the Sales Department, the After-sales Service Department, the Technical Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Warehouse Management Office, and Workshop Two were awarded the title of “Advanced Department”; and 11 colleagues were honored with the title of “Model Worker.” Company leaders presented the awards.



Comrade Li Lei, the company’s general manager, delivered a work report titled “Unite in Heart and Mind, Strive Together, Forge Solid Unity, and Pursue Development—Striving to Achieve Leapfrog Growth in the New Year,” which comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the instrument‑transformer division in 2019 and outlined plans for 2020. The attending employee representatives carefully deliberated and unanimously approved the general manager’s report by vote.

Comrade Han Zhengjun, Chairman of the Company, delivered a concluding address. Chairman Han first commended the General Manager’s work report and urged all to ensure its effective implementation.

The Chairman highlighted our key priorities for 2020 across six critical areas—market expansion, product R&D, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, execution‑driven capability building, corporate culture development, and talent cultivation—thereby setting a clear course forward. He underscored that 2020 is the most pivotal year determining whether the company can grow stronger, scale up, and achieve stable, sustainable development. Successfully delivering on this year’s objectives will be of paramount importance and entail formidable challenges.
