The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is raging, capturing the attention of the entire nation. At present, the pandemic is at a critical stage of prevention and control. In accordance with the directives and work arrangements issued by the government and the Group headquarters, Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. places great emphasis on epidemic prevention and control and is proactively addressing the impact of the outbreak on production.

Following the outbreak, the company promptly established an infectious disease prevention and control leading group, with the Chairman serving as the group leader, the General Manager and Deputy General Managers as deputy leaders, and department and workshop directors as members. The company also formulated the “Emergency Response Plan for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control” and implemented the “Detailed Rules for COVID‑19 Prevention and Control,” effectively preventing the occurrence of COVID‑19 cases and properly mitigating potential pandemic‑related safety risks.

The company has consistently adhered to the guiding principle of “balancing epidemic prevention with resuming work and production, and leveraging resumption to drive development.”

In accordance with the resumption-of-work approval issued by the Taian High-tech Zone Government, the company has resumed operations in phases starting February 17, 2020, adopting a hybrid work model that combines on-site attendance with remote work. This approach ensures the timely and effective communication of work-related information during the epidemic prevention and control period, thereby fully supporting the smooth progress of all company activities.

Implement rigorous health monitoring of employees. Utilize digital tools such as DingTalk and WeChat to establish activity‑tracking records, and set up temperature‑screening stations in production areas at each workshop to conduct strict temperature checks on all staff.

Strengthen hygiene and sanitation management in production workshops by disinfecting all areas at least once daily, with increased frequency in high‑risk zones. Enhance ventilation in common areas to ensure air circulation and reduce crowd gatherings.

Actively ensure adequate stockpiling of epidemic prevention supplies, implement robust personal protective measures for employees returning to work, and safeguard their health and safety. Strengthen management of logistics vehicles: all external freight vehicles must undergo disinfection before entering the premises, and drivers and passengers are required to wear masks and have their temperatures checked; once deliveries are completed, vehicles should depart the facility as soon as possible.

All employees of the Instrument Transformer Company will continue to spare no effort in epidemic prevention and control, resume work in a scientifically sound manner, and fight the pandemic with precision, ensuring that all business operations proceed smoothly and in an orderly fashion, and striving tirelessly to achieve the company’s production targets.

We firmly believe that no winter is insurmountable, and spring will surely arrive! We look forward to basking in the sunshine together when the weather turns warm and flowers bloom.
