The Fourth Session of the Fourth Congress of Employee Representatives of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. was successfully held on the afternoon of January 17, 2025. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Guangbin, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union, and was attended by a total of 81 employee representatives and 29 department heads.

At the meeting, Comrade Li Lei, General Manager of the company, delivered a work report titled “Innovation Leads the Path of Development, Striving for Excellence and Embracing Responsibility; Green Development for Shared Growth, Joining Hands to Write a New Chapter,” which comprehensively summarized the achievements of the Instrument Transformer Company in 2024 and outlined plans for 2025. The delegates reviewed and approved the General Manager’s report.
Subsequently, Comrade Han Changgeng, Chairman of the company, delivered a concluding address. While commending the General Manager’s work report, he put forward several recommendations for 2025: advancing marketing transformation, expanding international operations, driving technological innovation, and enhancing production efficiency. The Chairman’s remarks clearly outlined the key priorities for 2025, charting a course for the company’s next phase of development.
At the meeting, the delegates also reviewed and adopted five regulations, including the “Management System for Terminating Labor Contracts Due to Serious Disciplinary Violations” and the “Company Rewards and Punishments Management System.”
The conference honored outstanding individuals and teams for 2024—16 “Model Workers,” 16 “Advanced Departments,” and 12 “Advanced Work Teams.”

Following the Workers’ Congress, the company hosted a Spring Festival gala, bringing everyone together to celebrate with song and dance in anticipation of the upcoming Year of the Snake. On stage, a diverse array of performances showcased the TaiKai workforce’s versatility and their spirited, forward‑looking ethos.
The gala concluded successfully amid laughter and cheerful chatter, with everyone carrying with them a heart full of happiness and anticipation as they look forward to the new year.
