On December 1, six new products independently developed by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd.—including a 110 kV clean-air current transformer, a 220 kV clean-air current transformer, a 110 kV clean-air single-phase voltage transformer, a 110 kV clean-air three-phase voltage transformer, a 220 kV clean-air voltage transformer, and a 110 kV clean-air three-phase surge arrester—successfully passed the national-level appraisal organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation. The comprehensive performance and key technologies of these six new products have all reached the international leading level among their counterparts.

On December 1, six new products independently developed by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd.—including a 110 kV clean-air current transformer, a 220 kV clean-air current transformer, a 110 kV clean-air single-phase voltage transformer, a 110 kV clean-air three-phase voltage transformer, a 220 kV clean-air voltage transformer, and a 110 kV clean-air three-phase surge arrester—successfully passed the national-level appraisal organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation. The comprehensive performance and key technologies of these six new products have all reached the internationally leading level among comparable products.

Twenty-five professors, experts, and scholars from institutions including the China Electric Power Research Institute, the North China Electric Power Design Institute, State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, the Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, the Xi’an High-Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, the Suzhou Electrical Appliance Science Research Institute, and the Guangxi Electric Power Research Institute attended the appraisal meeting. Leaders from the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Tai’an Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology were also in attendance.


At the appraisal meeting, the expert panel carefully reviewed reports on the development and technical summaries of six products, as well as on product testing, technological innovation, and user feedback. The experts fully endorsed the innovative achievements attained in this new‑product technology and engaged in in‑depth discussions with the technical specialists regarding product‑development details and application‑promotion efforts, offering valuable recommendations. The panel unanimously concluded that the six products independently developed by Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd.—including clean‑air current transformers, voltage transformers, and surge arresters—have all reached the international leading level among their respective categories.
