The LVB‑132 oil‑immersed inverted current transformer and the TYD132/√3‑0.02H capacitive voltage transformer, manufactured by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd., have successfully passed all KEMA‑witnessed type tests at the Transformer Laboratory of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute Co., Ltd. In July, they each received type test reports issued by both Shenyang Transformer Research Institute Co., Ltd. and KEMA Laboratory.

The 765 kV capacitive voltage transformer has successfully passed the seismic test.
In December 2020, the TYD765//3-0.005H capacitive voltage transformer manufactured by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. successfully passed seismic testing at the China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. (National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Construction Projects). This product line is available in two structural configurations—porcelain‑encased and composite‑encased—and both variants achieved compliance with the standard’s seismic test requirements for a design intensity of Grade 8 on the first attempt. Notably, the composite‑encased version not only met the Grade 8 design criteria but also underwent and passed an additional seismic test at a design intensity of Grade 9 (0.5g), representing the highest level of performance attainable domestically.
